This Mission District Edwardian was transformed into a bold yet timeless residence, blending historic reverence with expressive modern design. Loczi Design layered rich textures like suede, silk, and shagreen with a vivid palette of teal, plum, and fuchsia - anchored by the client’s beloved art collection. From the 33-foot bespoke chandelier cascading through all four stories to carefully preserved architectural details, the home tells a story of refined risk-taking and creative individuality.
